Steelworker for the Future®

Steelworker for the Future is a 2.5 year program designed to help students earn an associate degree in industrial maintenance technology at a partner community college concentrating on either electrical or mechanical maintenance.


As Maintenance Technician Electrical (MTE) and Maintenance Technician Mechanical (MTM) positions become available, graduates from this program will have the required credentials to apply. Furthermore, program graduates will have gained marketable skills in a very high demand field. Learn more >
