The holiday season is upon us and with it comes the angst of trying to find that perfect gift for that special someone. To make your holiday shopping a little easier this year, nothing says “happy holidays” better than a gift made with ArcelorMittal steel! Whether large or small, we’d like to lend a hand in helping you find that perfect gift. On the road - AHSS automobiles
For those who have been exceptionally nice this past year, they deserve the very best – a new automobile. Nothing says you care more than a car made with ArcelorMittal advanced high strength steels (AHSS), providing the safety features and fuel economy consumers have come to expect.
While nearly every automobile comes with some amount of ArcelorMittal steel, some of today’s models equipped with AHSS include the Acura MDX and TLK; BMW X6; Chevrolet Colorado and Cadillac ATS; Honda Pilot; Hyundai Elantra and Sonata; Kia Optima; Mercedes C and MLC Class; Nissan Titan, Rogue and Maxima; Subaru Legacy and Outback; Toyota Camry, RAV 4 and Corolla; and Volkswagen Golf – Motor Trend’s Car of the Year. In our homes – appliances and more
An array of home appliances certainly add that element of convenience we almost take for granted. Although the appliance industry has undergone a considerable consolidation in recent years, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, washers and dryers that fall under the Whirlpool umbrella (Amana, Maytag, Jenn-Air and Kitchen Aid), CoilPlus and Alliance Laundry are all made with our steel. Other ArcelorMittal appliance customers include: Bosch-Siemens, Electrolux, Indesit and Miele. A variety of microwave ovens, small appliances (blenders, toasters, can openers, toaster ovens), InSinkErator garbage disposals, trash compactors and even kitchen sinks are made with steel.
